One interesting consequence of the COVID emergency is that a solid majority of people in the left/green milieux in numerous countries, and the political parties that represent those milieux, have turned out to be solidly in support of science-informed policies in response. The counter-cultural anti-Enlightenment stream (quite a few of whom have become cookers) have turned out to have been a loud minority within those milieux.
"Have turned out to be" isn't quite right, I think. As the milieu has responded to rightwing anti-science with a more militantly pro-science view, people with a variety of weakly held anti-Enlightenment views have dropped them, while (as you say) those with strongly held views have become cookers.
Maybe but the talk now, amongst fully vaxxed right wingers, is that the Biden admin withheld or suppressed information on adverse effects of the vaccines, particularly mRNA. Sources of these opinions are dubious, to say the least, but it does serve as a convenient whataboutism.

Jerusalem Demsas may be many things, but she’s assuredly not a both-sidesist.
She may not be - I'm only responding to this article, which is grist to the bothsidesist mill.
